1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SocialBoost (“we”, “our”, “the service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services

SocialBoost provides social media marketing services across multiple platforms. Each order placed is treated as a campaign. Campaigns begin once payment is verified.

3. Payments

Orders must be paid via UPI or the listed payment methods. Service amounts are displayed in your chosen currency and converted at the time of checkout.

4. Refunds & guarantee

Eligible orders carry a 30-day refill guarantee. Refund requests for non-delivered orders are honored within 7 working days from the date payment was verified.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocialBoost to promote content that violates the policies of any underlying social media platform, or any applicable law.

6. Liability

SocialBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
